Private Rooms
Our spacious private rooms have a choice of rooms with ensuites or shared bathrooms. A configuration of single beds, double beds or bunk beds, which accommodate up to four guests. You’ll enjoy a flat-screen TV, multiple power sockets and reading lights, free high-speed WiFi, fresh linens and a comfortable bed for ultimate relaxation.
Shared Rooms
Our clean, comfortable dorms have four, six or eight beds for travellers and groups of all sizes and budgets. Each shared dorm features plenty of space, large lockable storage lockers for every guest, personal double power sockets and reading lights, and free WiFi access. Look forward to a freshly made bed and linens when you arrive.
Most shared dorms feature an attached ensuite and you’ll have access to our shared bathroom facilities with more than enough hot water and space for every guest.
Booking Terms and Conditions
- Check-in is available from 2 pm and checkout is at 10 am. Luggage storage is available and guests can continue to use our facilities on the day of checkout.
- We recommend that guests are aged between 18 – 35 and hold a valid international passport as we are a genuine backpacker hostel catering to short-term travellers or backpackers on a WHV.
- Cancellation policy: All bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in will not be charged. Bookings cancelled fewer than 48 hours before check-in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
- If you have made a reservation for more than one person, although we will try our best, we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated beds in the same room.
- All guests are required to present a valid passport upon checking in.
- We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA, or MasterCard.
Booking Terms & Conditions for Christmas & New Year's Eve
- A minimum stay is applicable over the Christmas and New Year’s period (24 December to 3 January).
- All reservations over this period require full payment on 1 December or at the time of the booking if made after 1 December. Payment can be made via cash, EFTPOS, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), VISA, or MasterCard.
- As this is our busiest period, we do not offer refunds so we advise that you contact us first if you have any questions and be sure before you book. We recommend guests have travel insurance.
